Microsoft Windows XP Version 5.1 (Build 2600) Service Pack 3; ESRI ArcCatalog 9.3.1.3000This data set contains imagery from the National Agricultural
Imagery Program (NAIP). NAIP acquires digital ortho imagery
during the agricultural growing seasons in the continental U.S..
The source data for these 100K mosaics is 1 meter
ground sample distance (GSD) ortho imagery rectified to a
horizontal accuracy of within +/- 3 meters of reference digital
ortho quarter quads (DOQQS) from the National Digital Ortho
Program (NDOP).
The tiling format of the source NAIP imagery is based on a 3.75'
x 3.75' quarter quadrangle with a 360 meter buffer on all four
sides. NAIP quarter quads are rectified to the UTM coordinate
system NAD83.
The quarter quads have been reprojected from UTM to IDTM83
projection, mosaicked into 100K tiles, and compressed using
MrSID for use in ArcView 3.x.The NAIP mosaics are intended as a source for current
digital ortho imagery in Idaho Department of Water Resources
GIS and for other uses that require ortho imagery
acquired during the 2004 agricultural growing season.
