Abstract:
Capture zone corridor polygon coverage for City of Pocatello Municipal water wells 2, 3, 13, 28 and 36, in the Lower Portneuf and Marsh Valley, Idaho. If the corridor is specific to one well the file names includes well's PWS number and well name. If the corridor includes multiple wells the file names corresponds to the region of interest (i.e. Inkom). Coverages are in State Plane NAD83. Capture zones corridors were constructed in ArcView. The corridors boundaries were determined from capture zones extents, geology and estimated aquifer boundaries.  Work completed at the Idaho State University Geology GIS Laboratory. Project was funded by the Idaho State Department of Environmental Quality Source Water Assessment Team (SWAT).
