Abstract:
This is a DOQQ of a region of Idaho.  DOQQs are Digital Orthophoto Quarter Quads - each Quad is split into 
NW, NE, SE, and SW quadrats.  Therefore, to obtain an entire quad
requires that you download 4 files.  The quarter quad is indicated in
the download file name.
Purpose:
This is basic GIS data.  This dataset can be used in any fashion deemed acceptable by the end-user.

This dataset was obtained from Idaho State University's GIS Training and Research Center.
